Porters Plainland Lockyer Valley B&B's policy for bookings and cancellations:

• A valid credit card number must be given when making your booking.
  
  
• Payment for a single room/suite booking can be made on arrival.
  
  
• Payment for a 'whole house' group booking must be made in full at the time of booking.

• Cancellations can be made up to 14 days prior to the check in date without charge.
  
  
• Cancellations within 14 days of the check in date will result in 25% payment of the total amount booked.
  
  
• Cancellations within 48 hours of the check in time will result in 100% payment of the total amount booked.
